All products sold on Learn History are digital downloads — delivered instantly via email after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns once a file has been opened or downloaded.

However, we proudly offer a 90-day money-back guarantee if your file has not yet been accessed.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, and the product has not been downloaded, you are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

We use Easy Digital Products (EDP) to securely deliver your files. This system verifies whether a product has been opened or downloaded.

To request a refund, please email support@learn-history.com with your order number and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

As a digital-only store, we are unable to accept returns for:

Opened/downloaded digital products (as verified by EDP)

Gift cards

Custom or personalized content

🔄 Exchanges

Because our products are digital, exchanges do not apply. If you mistakenly purchased the wrong product and have not downloaded it, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your digital order within 14 daysonly if the file has not been downloaded. Once accessed, this right is waived under EU digital content regulations.


💳 Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
